Please complete the Facilities Request form and one of our staff members will get back to you with any questions or conflicts. This form must be submitted by the Monday prior to your event. A key must be picked up on the Tuesday before your event and returned on the following Tuesday after the event. A $100 deposit is required once you pick up a key and will be returned to you upon return of the key, as long as the facilities have been properly cleaned and put back the way they were found.
- Take trash out
- Tables & Chairs put back where you found them
- Remove all of your belongings
